We hope you feel right at home while celebrating with us in Seattle
Seattle is a vibrant city in the Pacific Northwest known for its unique blend of urban charm and natural beauty. Nestled between Puget Sound and Lake Washington, with views of the Cascade and Olympic Mountains, the city is a haven for both outdoor enthusiasts and those seeking a dynamic cultural experience.
Here's a glimpse of what Seattle offers:
Take in the panoramic views from the Space Needle or the Seattle Great Wheel, explore the lively Pike Place Market with its famed fish throwers and original Starbucks, or marvel at the stunning glass art at Chihuly Garden and Glass.
We have a block of rooms reserved at the Embassy Suites. Please book your room(s) through this link.
This is where Mel and Matt shared their first date! A great local diner; often very busy so be sure to get there early to avoid a lengthy wait!
A classic Seattle quick bite. Enjoy burgers, fries and shakes.
A fancy and elusive spot (that requires a reservation)—equal parts Italian-America dining, eclectic entertainment, and warm, spirited service.
A brunch spot in Edmonds. Watch the ferry and have some fantastic mimosas.
Not the joint you usually think of! This is a true, PNW staple.
This is where Mel and Matt held their engagement party. With world class wines, snacks, and games, you'll want to hang out here!
Although gifts are not required, we would appreciate help setting up our new home. You can also contribute to our honeymoon fund!
If your invitation specified a plus one, you may bring a guest. Be sure to include your plus one's dietary preferences and any other relevant information.
Yes, we ask you wear semi formal attire, appropriate for Seattle spring weather.
No. Parking is limited so we suggest Ubering, carpooling, or public transit. There are a few parking lots around the venue but all require payment.
Please RSVP by February 11, 2026. If you are unable to do so but would like to attend, please reach out to Mel or Matt.
No, only the children in the wedding party are invited to attend both the ceremony and the reception.
